Hi, I’m Conor Gordon.

I'm a video production lead and team manager, with experience leading global creative departments that produce best-in-class video content for marquee brands. My 15-year background in both traditional and corporate video production environments allows me to pair my knowledge of industry-standard workflows and creative standards with leading creative services teams in large organizations.

Empathy and accountability define my leadership style. I highly value active listening and open, honest communication. Understanding the perspectives of my team and clients is most important to me. I also hold individuals accountable for their commitments, always focusing on efficiency and team productivity. Every day, I set out to challenge the norm, endorse positivity, offer guidance, and create a collaborative environment. 

I am currently based in the Bay Area, working full-time as the Production Lead at ASG@Google, where I lead two teams of producers and editors.

Outside of work, you can usually find me with my camera, shooting landscapes, portraits, and (sometimes) events and weddings.
