Hi, I’m Conor Gordon.

I'm a post-production lead and video editor, with experience leading global creative teams and producing best-in-class video content for marquee brands. My 15-year background in both traditional and corporate video production environments allows me to pair my knowledge of industry-standard workflows and creative excellence with a keen ability to collaborate with stakeholders to produce content that delivers and exceeds performance goals.

Empathy and accountability define my leadership style. I highly value active listening and open, honest communication. Understanding the perspectives of my team members and clients is most important to me. I hold individuals accountable for their commitments while remaining consistently available to offer support when needed. Every day, I set out to challenge the norm, endorse positivity, offer guidance, and create a collaborative environment. 

I am currently based in the Bay Area, working full-time as a Sr. Video Editor at Tesla.

Outside of work, you can usually find me with my camera, shooting landscapes, portraits, and (sometimes) events and weddings.
