Hi, I’m Conor Gordon.

I'm a post-production lead and video editor, with experience leading global creative teams and producing best-in-class video content for marquee brands. My 16-year background in both traditional agency and corporate video production environments allows me to pair my knowledge of industry-standard workflows and creative excellence with a keen ability to collaborate with stakeholders to produce content that delivers and exceeds goals and expectations.

As a video editor, I’m passionate about finding the most compelling way to tell a story, always looking for unexpected or unscripted moments that elevate a narrative from good to unforgettable. I love using parallel storytelling—layering visuals that support the main story but that also have something to say on their own. When it comes time to finish, I take pride in dialing in color correction and grading that feels both balanced, rich, and naturally stylized. Every day, I aim to challenge convention, foster positivity, offer guidance, and create a collaborative environment with my fellow makers.

I am currently based in the Bay Area, working full-time as a Sr. Video Editor at Tesla.

Outside of work, you can usually find me with my camera, shooting landscapes, portraits, and (sometimes) events and weddings.
